New Year's Eve Accommodation 2026

Ballot winners will secure the opportunity to spend 4 nights celebrating with friends and family in a charming house or apartment. The price for a 4-night stay (minimum) ranges from $3,900 to $12,000.

This year, 11 properties are on offer and entrants may apply for multiple. These include our Heritage Holiday Houses, Garden Riverview Apartments, Overseers Apartments and Fire Station Studio plus our 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom Harbour View Apartments.

This ballot marks the debut of the Dockmaster's Residence, which offers unparalleled harbour views and dates to 1848. It has been thoughtfully restored so that its heritage character is protected. 

[Note: Check-in for all properties is from 3pm on Tuesday 29 December 2026. Check-out is by noon on Saturday 2 January 2027. Ballot winners who choose to extend their stay by a further night will be eligible for a special discount.]

Choose to stay on the island's Eastern Apron (Harbour Bridge view) or Northern Apron (Woolwich view), either in a pre-erected tent or one you've brought from home. Camping packages with pre-erected tents start at $690 + booking fee, while the BYO tent option is available from $590 + booking fee.
