Constructed between 1851 and 1853, our Overseers Apartments are convict-era buildings that originally served as the Free Overseer’s Quarter.

Our historic, convict-era Free Overseers Quarters building was recently restored and adapted into 2 adjoining 1-bedroom apartments with views across Sydney Harbour to Woolwich. Each dwelling features quality finishes, modern comforts and a fenced outdoor area – an ideal space to relax.

Booking and rates

1-bedroom apartment across 1 night:

  • Monday to Thursday – $365 per night

  • Friday to Sunday – $405 per night

1-bedroom apartment across 2 nights:

  • Monday to Thursday – $335 per night (note: 2 night stay minimum)

  • Friday to Saturday – $355 per night (note: 2 night stay minimum)
