Google Maps

One of 11 significant Australian convict sites inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List, our Convict Precinct dates back to the 1840s.

There are striking landmarks well-suited to events, including the sandstone Mess Hall, the enclosed central courtyard, and the Military Guardhouse with sweeping views of Parramatta River.

UPDATE: The event venues at Cockatoo Island are fully booked from January to July 2020. Seeking to hold an event during this period? Check out the other amazing event venues offered by the Harbour Trust.
