Want to journey through Cockatoo Island's complex and layered history with a group of friends or family? Our day tours are now available for on-demand group tour bookings between Monday and Friday from 11am...

As a result of staff shortages due to COVID-19, we have made the difficult decision to pause our on-demand group tours (Monday to Friday) during for the entirety of January 2022.

There are four tours to choose from; namely, World War II Shipyard Tour, Lower Island Tour, Convict Precinct Tour and Sandstone to Steel Tour. Each tour focuses on a different facet of Cockatoo Island's layered and (at times) turbulent history, including the convict and maritime eras, meaning there is something for everyone.

Ready to dive into Cockatoo Island's layered narrative with a group? Select one of four options for your on-demand group tour
