Talks & Speakers

We can bring Cockatoo Island to you! Our speakers can provide your community group with a fascinating presentation, free of charge. Enjoy a talk that covers our former colonial, military and convict sites, colourful and little known tales, and historic photographs. Talks include not only Cockatoo Island but also Headland Park, North Head Sanctuary and Macquarie Lighthouse.

Our volunteer team of speakers provide free educational talks to groups across the Sydney metropolitan area and Central Coast. The presenters come equipped with their own electronic equipment and only require access to power, a blank wall or screen and an enthusiastic audience. They provide talks on a regular basis to community groups such as Rotary, Lions, Probus and Historical Societies. A minimum of 20 people in attendance is requested.
